Alternating Wednesday Nights: Fitness Endurance
This fitness class will consist of a 45 min total workout. It is core strengthening and sprint paddling, which focuses on stroke and form, creating a great cardio workout. Take a break from your regular work out routine and take our SUP Endurance Challenge. Come join us for some fun and calorie burn on the water!
