SUP Fitness Challenge

Paddle Fit will consist of a 1/2 hour to 45 min total core workout. It is combined with sprint paddling, which focuses on stroke and form, creating a great cardio workout. This is a new and exciting way to strengthen your core, enjoy the outdoors and live a healthier lifestyle. Take a break from your regular work out routine and take our SUP Fitness Challenge. Come join Rob for some fun and calorie burn.
